PWCS is a state-of-the-art, 101,000-square-foot (3 million cubic feet) refrigerated warehouse designed for the storage of perishable goods, including fruits, vegetables, and proteins. Strategically located on the Port of Wilmington, this facility plays a crucial role in the NC agricultural industry by supporting import and export customers. The full-service facility offers 11,000 pallet positions and services such as blast freezing, storage, import/export services, and USDA inspections.

Development of the facility was completed in 2016 with operations beginning in early 2017.
